   Proposal Description:
   The utilization of sensitive neuropsychological measures can be instrumental for early detection and treatment of non-symptomatic, early-stage neurodegenerative disease. The objective of this study is to examine the sensitivity of different (memory, EF, visuospatial, language, speed, attention) measures for detecting deficits in PD patients without dementia. Similar studies have examined this relationship in subjects who met criteria for probable PD however our study aims to be the first to utilize data from pathology/biomarker confirmed Lewy Body disease from the large National Alzheimer's Coordinating Center's Uniform Data Set. Results of this study hopes to better inform the process of test selection for neuropsychologists when evaluating for pdMCI.
